Join us for our latest workshop that cultivates the intensive skills needed to manage difficult and intense emotions in every aspect of your life.  This 6 week (12 sessions) skills training will teach coping strategies in an easy to understand manner that can be directly applied to everyday life.  Led by Hais Lindeman, LMFT, this workshop will focus on the following:  adaptive functions of emotion, how to identify emotional triggers, ways to apply practical coping strategies, and techniques to reduce future vulnerability to negative emotions.  This workshop is recommended for those suffering with stress, anxiety, anger and mood changes.
