Chemical Dependency & Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a secure and well-organized setting for individuals seeking assistance with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
This program features group therapy sessions that serve as a valuable resource, either as an alternative means of receiving treatment or as a support system among peers in recovery. Participants in the IOP benefit from the shared experiences and encouragement of others facing similar struggles, fostering a community of understanding and mutual support. This approach not only aids in individual healing but also strengthens the collective journey towards recovery.
Additionally, our IOP group therapy sessions are designed for those seeking tools and principles of recovery either as a step down from an inpatient detoxification or rehabilitation setting.
This means that if you don't need to be hospital-based but still want some healing then we can help!

Psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
If you are in need of mental or addiction care, the BOLD Health Center's Intensive Outpatient Program offers an individualized approach to your treatment.
We believe that mental health treatment should be based on a multidisciplinary team of experts. Our patients at BOLD Health have access to psychiatrists, psychologists and registered nurses who work together with master’s-level therapists in order for them to find the right approach towards their unique plan; this is why our facilities offer groups three hours per day but depending upon how you want your experience delivered (i.e., frequency/ duration) there can also be less time spent if needed!
Patients in an outpatient setting are able to apply lessons and strategies learned during treatment immediately at home or on the job.
Our outpatient programs are specifically designed for patients with emotional and psychological disorders or chemical dependency who want to continue on their journey of healing while still achieving success in life.

Verified Patient Reviews:
Hear what real BOLD Health patients say about their therapists and IOP experience:
"All in house approach with psychiatrist and psychologists, group therapy and one-on-one is a very effective and efficient system.""Spenser was extremely attentive, Lamarre was great, and both were very easy to connect with. Scott is very informative as well."
"Spenser has been so helpful for therapy, and Lamarre and Scott have helped me though many BOLD seats with several "a-ha!" moments that have truly changed the course of my self-compassion. I also always appreciate Meiken allowing us space for group discussions and the soft touch she provides with her demeanor and kindness. Everyone at BOLD has been amazing and I'm glad I'll still get to see Aja and Kayla's smiling faces when I return for individual therapy!"
"I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who works here. I have immense respect and gratitude for all the staff members here. Thank you for helping save my life."
"Maybe not that helpful of an answer from me, but all of it. I felt like the pieces really worked together (medications, group and therapy) and can't pick out one. I guess of the philosophy, though, the focus on the present moment and grounding really helped me."
"The BOLD approach has taught me how to identify anxiety, and the patterns/defenses I've been living with for so long that were actually creating more anxiety in my life (since the root issue (anxiety) was not being addressed). As a result, I've learned to reach out for support and no longer isolate when I'm struggling. I'm now strong enough to see my emotions matter and have worth!"
"All in house approach with psychiatrist and psychologists, group therapy and one-on-one is a very effective and efficient system."
"Lamarre was my individual therapist, and he was wonderful. I was so glad to work with him. I felt very seen and supported, and he got me to open up quickly which is quite hard to do! I would also like to mention Scott, who helped me when I really struggled with anxiety spilling after an early psychoed lesson--that was only my second day and I felt very uncertain about the whole thing, and the warmth I received from him helped me feel like the program was a good place for me to be after all."
"It's truly different from any other services. The triangle works and the BOLD seat makes you look at problems differently. Lamarre and Scott have been amazing at helping me work on myself while still using boundaries and have made me feel safe."
What is the best part of the program?

Prevent a Relapse
Recent drug relapse statistics show that more than 85% of individuals relapse and return to drug use within the year following treatment. - DrugAbuse.com
Successfully overcoming addiction is not an easy task. Drug addiction is a relapsing disease because the person in recovery must remain aware of their surroundings and avoid relapse. Frequent use can cause changes to an addict’s brain that affect self-control, which may lead them back into drugs or make it easier for cravings than before.
Consequently, drug prevention should be essential during treatment as people are at increased risk throughout many years after completing rehabilitation programs.
A drug rehab program can help someone who is struggling with addiction to avoid relapse. A variety of different techniques are employed, but one key notion in all these strategies for preventing or managing a person's return to using drugs again hinges on the idea that high-risk situations will make them more susceptible towards seeking out those same substances once they've been taken away from them as part their treatment plan.
